The analysis based on observed detection or information should allow the mariner to make an informed decision to clear the TRS and ensure safety of life, environment and the ship/cargo.
This practical guide has been put together sequentially. It provides step-by-step guidance on various technical issues relating to TRS. It also includes well illustrated examples and exercises that will help the mariner in developing the necessary skills for dealing with a TRS when faced with it.
